Where do you ship to?

We're able to ship all prints to Hong Kong, United States and Canada. However we are not responsible for any customs, taxes or fees upon delivery to your country.

What is your return policy?

All sales are non-refundable and non-returnable. All deliveries are sent with tracking. If you would like to upgrade express shipping, please email us for custom rates. If package is lost during transit, Maison Kali is not responsible. If we made a mistake on your order or if the item was damaged on transit, please email us at customerservice@maisonkali.com

What if the product arrived damaged?

In the rare instance that your print arrives damaged, please send us an email with your order number and photos detailing the damages. We can offer a replacement of the print but customer must pay for shipping. Please email us at customerservice@maisonkali.com
